The role of the funeral director is to tailor the funeral arrangements to suit you and your family. In order to accomplish this, your funeral director will:
Listen to your wishes
Liase with doctors, ministers, and cemetery or crematorium staff
Provide you with information and prices for our services and related items such as:
 
(i) Cremation or burial fees
(ii) Floral tributes
(iii) Obituary Notices
(iv) Selection of coffins
(v) Organist Fees
(vi) Orders of service
(vii) Book of Remembrance
Inform you of any grants that are available from the DSS
Act in an efficient, caring and dignified manner at all times
Be available to you 24 hours a day
On the day of the funeral, the funeral director will supervise the proceedings and ensure that your arrangements are carried out. He will be available to you for guidance and assistance throughout.
